I’m ChenFu Kuo — an independent builder and technical leader with over 20 years in the technology industry. After leading a 250+ person enterprise R&D organization, I’m now building the next generation of edge-native systems as a founder — writing the code, validating the hardware, and shipping the products myself.

Career Foundation

Before going independent, I built the execution track record in enterprise environments:

  • Ubiquiti Inc. (14 years): From Director of Software & Firmware to leading a 250+ cross-disciplinary team. Built an end-to-end AI closed-loop architecture (Data → Labeling → Training → AIOps → AIQA → Edge Devices), scaled SSO to 10 million registrations (9 million verified users), managed 30 million devices.
  • Robert Bosch: Team Leader for surveillance camera software and system architecture.
  • Dynacolor: Deputy Manager, coordinating product lifecycles for security solutions.

This isn’t just a resume — it’s why I can build a complete technology stack from scratch today.

Philosophy

  • All in AI: Not just a strategic manager — an active builder. To truly leverage AI, you must build with it directly: write code, experiment relentlessly, learn continuously. For me, AI isn’t about executing faster — it’s about creating better: I’m a solo founder working with an army of AI Agents, pushing ideas to where they can be tested, used, and challenged, then turned into sustainable products.   • Coach-Leader: As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I don’t aim to be the smartest person in the room — I aim to make everyone the owner of their domain.
