- 100+ Hardware Products/Year: Built the processes and guidelines that enable the bring-up and launch of over 100 products annually.
- UniFi Camera Ecosystem: Led end-to-end development for Gen2, Gen3, and Gen4 series, integrating Firmware, Optical, and AI.
- Turnaround Success: Successfully coached and revitalized critical Gateway and Switch teams in 2023 to resolve performance bottlenecks.
