🌟 Core Philosophy: Action Speaks

  • No Talkers: Actions speak louder than words. I prioritize execution and tangible results over theoretical discussions.
  • Fairness Cares: I deeply value fairness. I will intervene if team members are treated unfairly or if actions negatively impact the collective good.
  • Empowerment: I love giving teams autonomy. Watching members take ownership and grow is my greatest satisfaction.

💬 Communication & Feedback

  • Be Straight: I prefer difficult, honest conversations over unspoken issues. Be direct and authentic.
  • Efficiency First: I value logical, accurate interactions. For urgent matters, Face-to-Face or Slack Huddle is preferred over email.
  • Open Minded: I see all feedback as a learning opportunity. Please include specific examples and suggestions for improvement.

🛠 Working Preferences

  • Quiet Concentration: As an introvert, I work best in quiet environments for complex problem-solving.
  • Problem Prevention: I view “problem prevention” as a core responsibility—identifying issues early to avoid downstream crises.
  • Open Calendar: My calendar is open. If I’m free, feel free to book time for collaboration.

⚠️ My Struggles

  • Introversion: Working “in the open” is something I have to consciously push myself to do.
  • Impatience: I may lose patience with illogical or inefficient interactions. If I seem rushed, please bear with me or call it out.
  • Poker Face: I may not be very expressive, which can be misread. If I’m unhappy, I will say so; otherwise, assume all is well!
